3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities performed through their account. GoRentPe may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

4. Membership & Subscription

Premium access remains available only during the active subscription period. Memberships are non-transferable.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. GoRentPe never stores sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• No refund is available after successful payment.
• Cancellation does not entitle users to a refund.
• Access continues until the subscription expires unless terminated for policy violations.

7. Property Listings

Listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the information they publish. GoRentPe reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading information.
• Create duplicate or spam listings.
• Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape website data.
• Misuse owner contact information.

9. Property Verification

GoRentPe does not independently verify every listing. Users are responsible for inspecting properties, verifying ownership, and conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including our logo, brand name, graphics, text, software, design, and features, is owned by or licensed to GoRentPe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your use of GoRentPe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
