2. Membership Disclaimer
Membership provides access to premium features including owner contact details, exact property locations, and exclusive listing information.
- Membership is only for platform access.
- It is NOT payment for rent or property booking.
- It does not guarantee property availability or successful rental.
3. Verify Before You Pay
- Inspect the property personally.
- Verify the owner's identity.
- Check ownership documents.
- Read the rental agreement carefully.
- Keep payment receipts.
4. Never Send Advance Money
- Do not pay rent before verification.
- Do not transfer security deposits without inspection.
- Avoid payments based only on online conversations.
- Beware of urgent payment requests and unrealistic offers.
5. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for inspecting properties, verifying ownership, negotiating rental terms, making payments, and signing agreements.
6. Property Listings
Property information is submitted by owners or listing providers. While we review listings for policy compliance, we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, or currently available.
7. Payments Between Users
GoRentPe never collects rent, security deposits, brokerage, or booking amounts. All financial transactions occur directly between tenants and property owners at their own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoRentPe is not liable for fraud, financial loss, property disputes, identity misrepresentation, listing inaccuracies, or any payment made between users.
9. Safety Tips
- Visit the property before paying.
- Meet the owner whenever possible.
- Never share OTP, passwords, UPI PIN, or card details.
- Report suspicious listings immediately.
10. Report Suspicious Activity
If you find fraudulent listings or suspicious users, please report them to GoRentPe. We may investigate and remove content that violates our policies.

This disclaimer may be updated periodically. Continued use of GoRentPe means you accept the latest version.
